Double Cheese Biscuits
I’m constantly looking around for new recipes of snacks or appetizers for the Friday evening. I’m sometimes a bit bored by the usual “peanuts and crisps” (even if we love them of course, but only the dry roasted peanuts with salt and the high quality crips 😉). Anyway, I will try to share some recipes like that on the blog, and here is the first one.
This is a recipe of double cheese biscuits from a french food blog I really love since years. I have never been disappointed by this blog, her recipes are always a solid value. I baked this little cheese biscuits at home and everyone loved them! They are easy to make and are perfect with a glass of wine as appetizers for adult or as a savory snack for the little ones! It’s possible to keep them few days in a airtight container so you can make them in advance if needed.
You can find the original recipe (in French) on Beau à la Louche.
